Student Athlete Leadership Summit
The Skyland Conference Student-Athlete Leadership Summit brings together student-athletes from across the conference schools for an engaging day focused on leadership, personal growth, teamwork, and character development.
The Summit provides student-athletes with the opportunity to hear from a featured keynote speaker who shares valuable experiences, insights, and strategies for becoming effective leaders both on and off the field.
Following the keynote presentation, student-athletes participate in interactive breakout sessions designed to explore today’s leadership concepts and challenges. Through group discussions and activities, participants strengthen important skills such as communication, teamwork, decision-making, accountability, sportsmanship, and leading by example.
The goal of the Leadership Summit is to inspire student-athletes to take what they learn back to their teams, schools, and communities, empowering them to become positive and impactful leaders today and in the future.
The summit happens three times a year, fall, winter and spring, with over 720 students athletes.
